Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, OX20, 1PP.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This adventure requires the audience to walk between scenes over some uneven ground, grass and paths, please wear suitable clothing for the great British outdoors! The walk between scenes is c. 0.75km in total. Push chairs for infants are recommended.
How long does the experience last?
The immersive storytelling adventure lasts approximately 50 minutes. There is plenty to do before and afterwards. Audiences can enjoy free arts and crafts-based activities, discover the PaddingtonTM merchandise shop, and visit Blenheim’s café and restaurants.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Due to the highly interactive nature of the adventure and to avoid detracting from the experience of fellow audience members, no photography is allowed within the show itself. There is a photo opportunity with Paddington available to purchase before or after the show.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome although babies in arms are too young to fully enjoy the show.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Visit the café or one of the Palace’s existing restaurants to enjoy a hot or cold drink and a variety of food options.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. If possible, we advise that babies are carried.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are public restrooms available across multiple sites around Blenheim Palace, visit
blenheimpalace.com/visitus/families/ for more information. Access to portaloos is available at the end of the show.
Is the experience suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes; this is an all-weather experience so come prepared. For the safety of our visitors and staff, in the event of extreme weather conditions, the event may be delayed or cancelled, for which case we will notify ticket holders via email and as per your request rebook your session or issue a refund.
What are the activities?
In addition to the show entry, tickets include a single ride on the miniature train across the palace grounds (subject to availability), and access to our activity area to enjoy drawing, colouring, and writing activities for all ages: Post a letter to Aunt Lucy, relax in the reading corner, book a ride in an Emergency miniROVER, or have your portrait taken with Paddington. (miniROVER ride & portrait sold separately).
What happens if there is an emergency and we have to evacuate?
Our Front of House staff are fully trained to help you in this situation and will look after you all the way to our assembly point. If we restart shows, they will also assist you back to where you were.

Is it COVID secure and safe?
The experience is outdoors and designed to be COVID safe. The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to our reservation system and the timed entries.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Mask wearing is not a requirement.
TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
You can purchase tickets via your mobile and QR codes at the event. However available sessions can only be purchased up until that session’s start time. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Please include your ticket order number in the request.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the See Tickets App.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need a ticket for an up to 6 months old?
If you have a new-born up to 6 months old and are able to carry your child around the experience, you are not required to book a ticket.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
Please contact your point of sale for advice on how to have your ticket reissued.
How can I use my promotional codes/vouchers?
Vouchers can be used once you have selected your ticket. When viewing "Your order details" after selecting your ticket(s), input your code into the "add voucher" section underneath the breakdown price and above the total amount to pay.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated slot.
What happens if I arrive late?
The onsite team will do their best to accommodate any late comers though regret that during busy times this may not be possible.
Is there parking available?
Can I leave my children to take part in the experience?
All children under 16 must be accompanied.
How do I get to Blenheim Palace?
Blenheim Palace sits at the edge of the picturesque town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire and is only a twenty-minute journey from the city of Oxford.
The Palace is within easy reach of central London and Birmingham. Both cities are around one and a half hours away by car. Free car parking is available on-site, however, we do encourage the use of sustainable public transport as much as possible.

Travel to Oxford with GWR from Paddington Station and other network stations.
There are two direct trains an hour from London Paddington, and frequent services across the network with a change at Reading or Didcot Parkway. Then jump on the number 7 or S3 bus from Oxford Station to Blenheim Palace.

ACCESSIBILITY
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us
HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Are Wheelchairs available on site?
Yes! Blenheim Palace have wheelchairs and mobility scooters on site that can be pre-booked on 01993 810530 or they can be requested in person, but availability is not guaranteed. They are collected from the Access Desk at the Palace itself.
Can I get back from the end of the show / Walled Garden to the Palace if I’m in a wheelchair or have limited mobility and don’t drive?
You can take the miniature train! There are permanent ramps at both the Blenheim Palace and Walled Garden stations, plenty wide enough for wheelchair access. The train has capacity for one wheelchair user per trip. Unfortunately, the train is unable to take mobility scooters on board.
I’m a wheelchair user and want to know if I can experience the whole of the show?
Absolutely! The route around the show is level but there are some areas where the ground may be a little uneven. Our Front of House staff will be on hand to assist you the best we can.
I have a child with special needs and may need to take some time out and be somewhere quiet. Is this possible?
Yes. If you need to leave the show for any reason just let any of our staff know and our Front of House Assistants who will look after you until you feel ready to carry on with your day.
Are there accessible toilets on site?
Yes. There are public accessible toilets in the main palace and portaloos outside Walled Garden.
Is there disabled parking available?
Yes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Is there a buggy park?
Yes, our staff will keep an eye on your buggy throughout the show, at each of the scenes. Buggies are recommended for small children or infants who are not able to walk the 0.75km route of the show.
Am I allowed to bring my service dog?
Please do! Blenheim Palace does allow assistance and support dogs only onto their property and provide water for the dogs in the East Courtyard of the main palace. There is a water bowl for dogs outside the Pizza Café in the Walled Garden area.
